I tried doing the upgrade on a friends phone using my account on their myAT&T app, but even then it says 'sorry you caught us at a bad time' and that AT&T is fixing an incident or something. It's a good idea to add the software to the "Add it to the exclusion list" option after the first run so you don't receive any false alerts. But when I click 'Upgrade' it always redirects me to the Overview Landing page on my computer.
